Ordering

By placing an order through our website — including online orders, gift card purchases, and catering requests — you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability.

Checkout & Loyalty Program

When you complete a checkout on our website (online order, gift card purchase, or catering request), your name, phone number, and email address will be entered into our Square Loyalty program to track your purchases and earn reward points. By completing checkout, you consent to this enrollment.

Points are earned automatically on qualifying purchases. You can view your balance and redeem rewards through your account on our website. To opt out of the loyalty program, contact us at catering@vietnoms.com.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement by contacting us at (408) 827-5812. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

SMS / Text Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Vietnoms. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for customer support.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through our website are non-refundable and do not expire. Gift cards may be redeemed for food and beverages at our restaurant or through online orders. Gift cards can be delivered via email or text message to the recipient of your choice.

Catering

Catering orders require a minimum 48-hour advance notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vietnoms and may not be reproduced without permission.
