Now at two locations, Vietnoms brings you authentic Vietnamese flavors in a modern package. 

Vietnoms opened in December 2017 inside the SoFA Market in downtown San Jose.
Vietnoms' second location opened in June 2021 in Westfield Valley Fair mall in Santa Clara.
What is Vietnoms? Vietnoms is a restaurant that aims to further deliver Vietnamese cuisine to the mainstream population. San Jose is the city with the largest Vietnamese population in the US, but many of the best Vietnamese restaurants in San Jose are hole-in-the-wall joints that may be difficult to seek out.
Everyone knows of Pho, and Banh Mi (sandwiches) are growing ever more popular, but what about Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli bowls) and Com Tam (Rice plates)? There is so much untapped, delicious Vietnamese food that we believe people will love once they try.
Vietnoms presents real Vietnamese food with a modern fast-casual dining experience. We've changed the way you get Vietnamese food, but we haven't changed its naturally delicious flavors.
Vietnoms will also be offering a few fusion items which introduce twists on classic Vietnamese dishes, but at the root of its menu, Vietnoms serves uncompromising, authentic, Vietnamese food. Come try us out!
We do corporate and event catering! Please contact us with the amount of people you're interested in catering for and we can provide you with a per-person cost!
We do build-your-own-bowl buffet style catering which includes:
Delivery, set-up, and take-down (delivery charge based on distance).
We offer simpler, pre-made bowls for smaller groups.
We also take special orders and cater small bites/appetizers. Ask us for more details!
